“Being or having?” That’s the question here. Not only raised by philosopher Erich Fromm (albeit the other way around), but by us as well. What follows are a few visual attempts at answering it.
Having over wanting? Or rather: being over having?
You can’t own anything if you don’t own yourself.
What really matters more? Things — or people?
So what does “being” actually look like? Caring for relationships.
Yoga. Stillness. Finding yourself. And yes — all of that. And much more.
You can live this way on your own. Radically frugal. Intentionally different. Totally fine!
But you can also help shift the whole system. From more stuff to more meaning.
